Privacy and Cookie Policy

This policy explains what personal data Coral Spa, operated by Aviraj Hospitality ("Coral Spa", "we") collects through coralspa.in, why we collect it and what choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you give it to us:

  • Request a visit form: your name, phone number, preferred service, therapist, date and time, and any notes you add.
  • Phone calls and messages: the details you share when you contact us to book.

The website has no user accounts and takes no payments. We do not use advertising tools.

Visit statistics: we use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool, to count page visits and taps on the call, WhatsApp, directions and form buttons. Umami does not store your IP address, does not set cookies and cannot identify you. We see only totals, such as the page, referring website, country, browser and device type.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your request and arrange your visit. When you send the form, you consent to this use. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without asking you first.

Who processes it for us

  • Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and stores form submissions on our behalf. Its servers may be outside India.
  • Google provides the embedded map, the reviews shown on the home page and the website fonts.
  • Umami Software, Inc. provides the visit statistics. Its servers may be outside India.

These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We share your data with no one else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep form requests only as long as we need them to arrange your visit and keep basic records. We then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do this, or to raise a complaint, contact us:

We will reply within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

The request form is for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.

Cookies

Coral Spa does not set cookies, and we do not track you across websites. Our visit statistics (Umami) work without cookies.

  • Google Maps: the maps on the home and contact pages are loaded from Google. When they load, Google may set its own cookies. See Google's cookie policy.
  • Google Fonts: your browser downloads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address. No cookies are set.
  • Reviews: our own server fetches reviews from Google, so this sets no cookies in your browser.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
